We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our engineering team and drive the design of critical tooling for electronics assembly.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating robust depaneling jigs and PCB mounting systems that streamline production workflows and ensure superior product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating engineering requirements into precise, manufacturable designs. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop custom jigs and fixtures for depaneling and PCB mounting processes.
- Create comprehensive 2D engineering drawings and detailed 3D CAD models.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize tooling for mass production efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform stress analysis on tooling designs.
- Assist in the prototyping and testing phases to validate design integrity.
- Identify and implement design improvements to enhance tool durability and precision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in jig and fixture design within the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and material selection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
