We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and preparation of critical HVAC, refrigeration, and fire protection systems. This role combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver efficient, compliant, and innovative solutions. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from commercial facilities to industrial plants, ensuring systems meet safety standards, energy efficiency goals, and client specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings while staying updated on industry advancements and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prepare detailed HVAC, refrigeration, and fire protection system drawings using CAD software
- Perform engineering calculations for load analysis, equipment sizing, and system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate systems into building designs
- Review and approve technical drawings from junior engineers and external vendors
- Provide on-site technical support during system installation and commissioning
- Research and implement innovative design solutions for energy optimization
- Prepare project documentation including specifications, reports, and cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration/fire protection system design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and Philippine building codes
- Experience with engineering calculations and load analysis software
- Certification in HVAC design (e.g., LEED, CEM) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
