Radian Peninsula Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer with a specialization in Offshore and Marine engineering to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and optimizing complex maritime structures and offshore assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that adhere to international safety standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications for offshore and marine structures.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard engineering software.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant classification society rules (e.g., ABS, DNV, BV) and IMO regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to ensure efficient material sourcing and project timeline adherence.
- Perform site surveys, technical inspections, and provide engineering support during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in design reviews and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in offshore or marine structural design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or AVEVA Marine) and analysis tools (e.g., Ansys, SACS, or SESAM).
- Strong knowledge of offshore codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and manage multiple priorities.
