Are you an experienced Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact in the water infrastructure sector? Topscience (S) Pte Ltd is currently expanding its technical team in Woodlands and is seeking three specialized Design Engineers—one in Piping, one in Mechanical, and one in Process Engineering—to support our upcoming wastewater treatment projects.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical excellence throughout the design lifecycle, from conceptual planning and feasibility studies to detailed engineering and site support. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design documentation, including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping isometric drawings.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations, mass balances, and process simulations for wastewater treatment plant optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
- Perform site surveys and provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with local regulations (PUB/NEA) and international safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, material take-offs (MTOs), and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
- Participate in technical reviews and troubleshooting of existing wastewater treatment plant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wastewater treatment or heavy industrial piping/mechanical design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or specialized process modeling software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS).
- Strong knowledge of international design codes (ASME, BS, or equivalent) relevant to piping and pressure vessels.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical blueprints with high precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client liaison.
