Linkk Busway Systems is seeking a skilled Design Engineer or Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stable 5-Day Work Week environment where you can make a significant impact on the future of public transportation infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsāincluding Project Management, Manufacturing, and Quality Assuranceāto drive the design process from initial concepts to final production.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards, and optimizing designs for maximum manufacturability. You will also play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design intent and on-site implementation. We offer a collaborative culture that values technical expertise and continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for busway systems and related mechanical/electrical components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and efficient assembly.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Create precise engineering drawings and technical specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs comply with local safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar design engineering role.
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerance stacks, and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid engineering qualification or license is preferred.
