In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of telecommunications network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be conducting thorough site surveys across the Philippines, interpreting client requirements, and translating them into precise, buildable engineering designs. You will play a key part in expanding our network, ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and reliability.
We are looking for an engineer who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Willingness to travel nationwide for surveys is essential. You will be the technical backbone of our projects, ensuring that every design is optimized for cost, performance, and compliance with local standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys nationwide to assess technical requirements and feasibility for telecom network deployment.
- Design and develop detailed telecommunications engineering plans, including RAN, transmission, and fiber optic networks.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and technical proposals aligned with project specifications.
- Perform Radio Frequency (RF) propagation analysis, link budget calculations, and equipment selection.
- Coordinate closely with project stakeholders, LGUs, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Review and validate as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
- Provide robust technical support and troubleshooting guidance to construction and implementation teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update design databases as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience as a Design Engineer specifically within the Telecommunications industry.
- High willingness and availability to travel and conduct field surveys across the Philippines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Earth, Microsoft Office, and telecom design tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, or similar).
- Strong understanding of wireless communication principles (4G/5G, LTE, Microwave) and fiber optics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Licensed Engineer (ECE) is a distinct advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
