Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive design solutions for telecommunications infrastructure
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for telecom projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet operational requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing infrastructure and plan new installations
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies for telecom projects
- Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for design optimization
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications design engineering
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or other relevant engineering tools
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a plus
- Experience with project management methodologies is desirable
