Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, from concept design to mass production.
- Oversee the prototype development process and conduct rigorous testing to ensure design integrity.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize material costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to translate technical drawings into high-quality fixtures.
- Review and approve technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers and designers to foster professional growth.
- Ensure all engineering processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the retail, furniture, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in designing store fixtures, point-of-sale displays, or custom metalwork.
- Expert proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and assembly techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
