Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design estimates and cost analyses for fire protection systems
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for pre-sales technical proposals
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical solutions and support client negotiations
- Analyze project specifications to prepare accurate engineering estimates
- Ensure compliance with local fire safety codes and international standards
- Conduct site assessments for feasibility studies and requirements gathering
- Maintain documentation of estimates and BOM revisions for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Fire Protection Technology
- 3+ years' experience in fire protection system design and estimation
- Proficiency in BOM creation tools and cost estimation software
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for technical accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for client-facing presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
