Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Design Firms Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary catalyst for driving the platforming of our key Design Firm accounts into our proprietary bFO (Business Force) ecosystem.
As our Design Firms Manager, you will act as a bridge between Schneider Electric’s cutting-edge energy management solutions and top-tier design consultants. You will be responsible for orchestrating account engagement, ensuring data integrity within our CRM systems, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence industry workflows, foster deep client partnerships, and contribute to the digital evolution of building design.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic platforming of key Design Firm accounts into the bFO ecosystem to ensure unified data and process management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for architectural and engineering design firms, fostering long-term collaborative partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze account activity trends, providing regular, high-level reports to management.
- Drive user adoption and training for design firm partners on Schneider Electric digital tools and platforms.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the account onboarding process to accelerate integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and marketing teams to align account strategies with regional business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and reporting consistency across all assigned accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably within the building construction or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital business platforms (bFO experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and cross-functional team coordination.
