Arcadis is seeking a visionary Design Manager - Multidisciplinary to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle, from concept to completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to solve complex engineering challenges and optimize design efficiency.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, international codes, and Arcadis quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating project status effectively.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of safety and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in engineering design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) systems and plant design.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Project Management tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
