Alfatel Cipta Indonesia is a leading player in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Manager (OSP/ISP) to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design process of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) fiber optic networks, ensuring projects meet strict quality, safety, and performance standards.
As our Design Manager, you will lead a team of drafters and engineers, coordinating with field teams to ensure that blueprints and technical specifications translate seamlessly into real-world deployments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the design team in the development of OSP/ISP fiber optic network layouts.
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards, local regulations, and client-specific technical requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to optimize route planning and equipment placement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers and field technicians, to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical documentation for project approvals.
- Monitor team productivity and design quality to ensure project timelines are met consistently.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in telecommunications infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications design (OSP/ISP focus).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), or equivalent network planning tools.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic topology, GPON architecture, and network splicing practices.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and ability to operate within the Jakarta Barat region.
