Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and engineering of water source projects and treatment facilities.
- Manage the entire process design workflow, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure holistic design integration.
- Perform critical technical reviews of engineering drawings, specifications, and feasibility reports.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for Civil or Sanitary Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in water infrastructure design, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, hydraulic modeling, and heavy infrastructure facility design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant hydraulic simulation tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for executive-level reporting.
