Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed technical drawings for manufacturing molds and tooling.
- Analyze product specifications to ensure mold designs meet functional and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot molding issues and optimize cycle times.
- Develop innovative design solutions to enhance product aesthetics and manufacturing feasibility.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all mold designs, modifications, and testing results.
- Perform regular maintenance and adjustment audits on existing mold structures.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in molding technology and materials to suggest cost-effective improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in mold design, specifically injection or compression molding processes.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, or similar).
- Strong understanding of material properties, cooling systems, and mold flow analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a technical team.
