Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement design concepts that align with the SM brand identity and enhance customer experience
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections for retail spaces
- Collaborate with construction and merchandising teams to ensure design concepts are executed effectively
- Monitor and maintain design standards across all retail spaces within the center
- Research and incorporate current design trends to keep our spaces fresh and appealing
- Prepare design presentations and proposals for stakeholder review and approval
- Manage design budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to source materials and execute design elements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail design or commercial space planning
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail or commercial design projects
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
