Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor design compliance across all mall tenants to ensure strict adherence to brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors during renovation projects, new store openings, and refurbishments.
- Conduct regular visual audits and site inspections to identify design inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and update design guidelines and standards manuals for mall operations.
- Ensure all design implementations meet local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
- Manage the approval process for tenant design submissions, ensuring they align with the mall's overall aesthetic and functional layout.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional events and seasonal decor setups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in retail design, mall management, or visual merchandising.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail space planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team under tight deadlines.
- Valid driverâs license is an advantage.
