Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee design implementation for mall construction and renovation projects
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design compliance
- Conduct site inspections to monitor design execution and quality standards
- Develop design guidelines and documentation for future mall developments
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Manage design documentation and maintain project archives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of design coordination experience in commercial construction
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes and regulatory requirements
- Experience with mall or retail space design preferred
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) license a plus
