- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Create detailed sketches, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate design visions
- Collaborate with marketing, store operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual narratives
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual standards and implement improvements
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design strategies
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Manage design assets and maintain a comprehensive digital library of templates and resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail visual design or merchandising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution of retail environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design concepts to stakeholders
- Knowledge of retail consumer behavior and spatial design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
