Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain design systems, libraries, and documentation standards
- Streamline design workflows and processes using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between designers, developers, and product managers
- Implement design governance frameworks and quality assurance protocols
- Manage design resource allocation and project timelines
- Conduct design audits and recommend process improvements
- Train stakeholders on design tools and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in design operations, design systems, or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
- Strong understanding of design methodologies and UX principles
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in banking or financial services industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or related field
