You will serve as the vital bridge between our creative design teams and external printing vendors, translating artistic visions into tangible, high-quality products. From initial concept to final delivery, you will manage project timelines, proofread layouts for errors, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end print production workflow, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing and corporate materials.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure artwork files are print-ready, checking for bleed, resolution, and color modes.
- Coordinate with external printing vendors to compare quotes, select the best materials, and manage production schedules effectively.
- Perform thorough quality control checks on proofs and final prints to ensure color accuracy and layout precision.
- Maintain accurate records of print inventory, order statuses, and delivery schedules within the company systems.
- Troubleshoot technical printing issues and communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies before finalization.
- Assist in the development of creative concepts for print campaigns under the direction of senior designers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication Design.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the print production or graphic design industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and various paper/material specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
