We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design & Product Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between innovative design concepts and high-quality product manufacturing. You will be responsible for translating market trends into aesthetic, functional product designs that meet the high standards of our brand.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for visual trends, a strong understanding of material properties, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine product designs, patterns, and prototypes in alignment with company design standards and market demand.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming interior design and ceramic product trends.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility, material selection, and quality control during the manufacturing process.
- Create technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and design specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end product design cycle, from conceptual sketching to final approval.
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations and style guides for marketing campaigns.
- Participate in periodic site visits or factory inspections to monitor the quality of finished design products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within the ceramics or construction materials industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino).
- Strong aesthetic sense and a solid understanding of color theory, texture, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative problem-solving skills.
