Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, prototype, and refine innovative design solutions to meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough technical research to support product development and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design improvements into existing workflows.
- Perform rigorous testing and analysis on prototypes to ensure structural and functional integrity.
- Document technical specifications, design iterations, and testing results for team documentation.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development or R&D environments.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
