Are you a creative CAD professional with a flair for sales presentations? HBP Business Services Inc is looking for a detail-oriented Design & Sales Presentation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Clark Freeport Zone. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical design and impactful business communication, supporting our Australian and offshore operations.
You will be responsible for translating complex design concepts into visually compelling presentations that help our sales team win. We are looking for an expert who understands the nuances of space planning, material visualization, and persuasive storytelling. Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 2D/3D CAD drawings and renderings for client proposals.
- Develop visually engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure design specifications meet Australian market standards.
- Modify and refine technical designs based on sales feedback and client requirements.
- Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and materials for consistent branding.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed project quotes and technical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm creative solutions for complex design challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is mandatory.
- Strong background in interior design, architecture, or related technical fields.
- Experience in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with Australian or other international clients is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for aesthetic detail and technical accuracy.
