We are currently seeking a skilled Design Staff (Dies Stamping) to contribute to our engineering excellence and support our international supply chain operations.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic technical team responsible for developing robust and efficient tooling designs that meet stringent automotive standards. You will utilize advanced CAD software to transform concepts into high-performance stamping dies. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop 3D models and 2D detail drawings for stamping dies using CAD/CAM software.
- Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements to ensure design accuracy and functionality.
- Perform simulation and feasibility studies to optimize stamping processes and reduce material waste.
- Collaborate with production and machining departments to troubleshoot design-related issues during the manufacturing phase.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering change orders.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance tool life and production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Die Designer or in a stamping die-related role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Catia, NX, or SolidWorks) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of metal forming, sheet metal stamping, and die construction principles.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight production deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
