Indo Swissatama is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Structure Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design phases through to the production of high-precision execution drawings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop conceptual and preliminary structural designs for diverse architectural projects.
- Prepare comprehensive tender drawings, detail drawings, and final execution/shop drawings.
- Conduct structural analysis and modeling to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Review and verify engineering calculations and design specifications.
- Manage documentation throughout the design process to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform site visits when necessary to verify structural implementation during construction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or Staad.Pro).
- Expert-level skills in AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit or BIM is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international structural standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
