Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor design teams to execute communication projects with exceptional quality

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communication design and team management
- Proven knowledge of FBTS projects and telecommunications design requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard design tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor design professionals
