Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in design/sustainability management role
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification required
- Proven experience with BREEAM/LEED certification processes
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Expertise in sustainable materials and construction practices
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proficiency in sustainability assessment software (e.g., One Click LCA)
