Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design concepts and technical drawings for retail fit-out projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and operational requirements
- Create 3D visualizations and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
- Research and recommend materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions
- Manage design timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail fit-out design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating retail design experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Malaysia
