Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and determine requirements for design drawings, including 3D perspectives and construction drawings
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, production) and external vendors for seamless project execution
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy
- Develop design workflows and standards to enhance team efficiency and innovation
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of design experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical design skills and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in retail or consumer product design preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian design regulations and construction standards
