Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
