As a Collection Officer, you will be the face of our financial integrity. Your primary focus will be to contact customers via telephone and WhatsApp to discuss outstanding invoices. You will not only collect payments but also identify billing discrepancies and provide solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp correspondence to follow up on overdue payments and unpaid invoices.
  • Verify customer account details and accurately identify the status of pending bills.
  • Negotiate payment schedules and terms that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the customer.
  • Document all customer interactions and payment agreements precisely in the internal CRM system.
  • Resolve billing inquiries and provide clear explanations regarding invoices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and update the status of accounts daily to meet performance targets.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and relevant financial regulations regarding debt collection practices.
  • Escalate complex cases to the senior management team when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in debt collection, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a calm demeanor.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
