Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound collection calls to customers with outstanding balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions in our database.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly recovery targets set by the management team.
- Follow up consistently on broken payment promises to ensure account closure or restructuring.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines regarding debt collection.
- Prepare regular reports on collection progress and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality.
- Proficient in using basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and web-based CRM tools.
