Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for financial services? Kobus Smart Service is looking for a dedicated Desk Collection Specialist to join our high-performing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our portfolios by managing collections with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for building professional rapport with customers, ensuring timely payment schedules, and providing clear explanations regarding the consequences of overdue accounts. We are seeking a candidate who excels at telephone-based communication, thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment, and possesses the resilience to handle difficult conversations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound collection calls to customers with accounts that are approaching or past their due date.
- Provide friendly and professional payment reminders to ensure accounts remain in good standing.
- Clearly explain account status, financial obligations, and the risks associated with late payments to customers.
- Negotiate payment plans and solutions that align with company policies and assist customers in settling their balances.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets while upholding excellent quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payment records and identify recurring delinquency trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, preferably Accounting, Management, or Communication.
- Proven experience in collections, tele-sales, or customer service, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- High resilience, patience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work full-time in Jakarta Utara and maintain a target-oriented mindset.
