Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts via telephone, email, and digital messaging channels.
- Conduct professional outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate mutually beneficial repayment plans.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and OJK standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and payment commitments in our CRM/collection system.
- Identify and escalate complex accounts to the team lead for further resolution or legal review.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and KPIs related to recovery rates and call quality.
- Provide empathetic guidance to customers to help them understand their financial obligations and payment options.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in tele-collections, customer service, or a relevant financial background.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in English being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- High level of integrity, patience, and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or collection management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
