Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts via telephone, email, and digital messaging channels.
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate mutually beneficial repayment plans.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and OJK standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and payment commitments in our CRM/collection system.
  • Identify and escalate complex accounts to the team lead for further resolution or legal review.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets and KPIs related to recovery rates and call quality.
  • Provide empathetic guidance to customers to help them understand their financial obligations and payment options.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in tele-collections, customer service, or a relevant financial background.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in English being a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
  • High level of integrity, patience, and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or collection management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
