Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional telephone outreach to customers regarding outstanding account balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the collections database.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify payment trends and provide appropriate solutions for overdue balances.
- Collaborate with the finance and customer service departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collection targets.
- Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical collection practices at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field, Bachelor’s (S1) degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Highly disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Availability to work from our Juanda Office in Jakarta Pusat.
