Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts and payment schedules.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
- Document all collection activities and correspondence thoroughly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding their accounts effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Previous experience in collections, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid ID card and willing to be placed in Medan Kota.
