Kredivo is rapidly expanding its operations in the Philippines, and we are looking for a dedicated Desk Collections Specialist to join our growing team. Our mission is to empower consumers with access to credit while ensuring sustainable financial practices. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process from a desk-based setting. You will proactively reach out to customers to discuss their account status, guide them through various payment options, and help them meet their deadlines without compromising our customer-centric values. We are looking for someone who can turn a challenging situation into a positive customer experience. You will utilize advanced CRM tools to track accounts, analyze payment behaviors, and implement effective strategies to recover outstanding balances. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor account status and initiate contact with customers regarding overdue payments and account queries.
- Explain payment plans, deadlines, and various financial options to ensure complete customer understanding.
- Negotiate flexible payment arrangements and update account statuses within the CRM system in real-time.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints related to billing, disputes, and collection processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, agreements, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the wider collections team to identify trends, share best practices, and optimize recovery strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and local financial laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in collections, customer service, or debt recovery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- A customer-first mindset with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
