Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Deploy and manage software using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Create, test, and maintain software packages and scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Oversee patch management strategies to ensure system security and compliance.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to internal employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve IT service delivery and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Deskside Support or IT Helpdesk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SCCM for software distribution and patch management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Bash.
- Experience in software packaging, application virtualization, or deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
