As a Desktop Engineer, you'll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 systems while ensuring seamless Office 365 integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and configure Windows 10 desktop systems with Office 365 applications
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software issues
- Manage system imaging, patch deployment, and software lifecycle
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral device integration
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Implement security protocols and access management controls
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and troubleshooting
- Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified) preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Understanding of ITIL service management principles
