- Provide first-line end-user IT support for hardware/software issues
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets
- Perform Windows 10 desktop imaging and OS deployment
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environment configurations
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network/server teams for integrated solutions
- Implement security patches and compliance updates
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of desktop engineering/IT support experience
- Expert-level Windows 10/M365 troubleshooting skills
- Certification in CompTIA A+/MCSA or equivalent
- Experience with desktop imaging tools (SCCM/MDT)
- Proficient in IT asset management systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
