Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across workstations and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security protocols
- Deploy OS patches, updates, and application installations
- Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base resources
- Collaborate with network engineers on infrastructure projects
- Provide hands-on user training for new technologies
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of desktop engineering or IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and scripting basics
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a contract environment
