Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote and on-site support
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with network/server teams on integrated solutions
- Implement security protocols and system updates
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
