We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Desktop Engineer (L1 Support) to join our dynamic IT team in the Central Region, with a focus on supporting the healthcare sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to end-users within the healthcare facility.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11), peripherals, and printers.
- Manage and maintain hardware inventory, including laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Assist in the deployment of software applications and perform regular system updates.
- Log, track, and resolve IT service requests and incidents using the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and IT compliance standards.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement infrastructure improvements and security patches.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum ITE/NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in L1 Helpdesk or Desktop Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly within a healthcare setting.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a strong advantage.
