Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user account administration, including password resets and access rights across Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot OS-related issues, including Windows 10/11 environments and common business applications.
- Assist with IT asset management, ensuring accurate inventory tracking of hardware and software licenses.
- Support end-users with the setup and configuration of mobile devices and video conferencing equipment.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or helpdesk environments.
- Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MS Office 365 suite.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to support.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team across the West region.
