Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware/software issues with minimal user disruption
- Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle including documentation and escalation
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop systems, peripherals, and applications
- Implement security patches, updates, and compliance standards
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of desktop support/system administration experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and enterprise software suites
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, networking, and security issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) or ticketing systems
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments
