Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support to hospital staff for hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computer problems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, software, and network components
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions
- Document all IT issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements and updates
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT best practices and procedures
- Monitor system performance and report any potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
