Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, printer configurations, and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity suites
- Manage software deployments, security patches, and system updates across organizational devices
- Document technical procedures, service tickets, and inventory management in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement infrastructure improvements
- Deliver user training on new technologies and IT security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent certification)
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support/helpdesk environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS administration, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware diagnostics and software conflict resolution
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 certifications preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
