This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented and possess a strong foundation in hardware and software support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by maintaining the integrity of our desktop environment and providing rapid response to technical issues.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN configurations.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, and asset inventory management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and procurement when necessary.
- Ensure all support tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved within established SLAs.
- Educate end-users on best practices for IT security and software utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a desktop support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
