This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-oriented and possess a strong foundation in hardware and software support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by maintaining the integrity of our desktop environment and providing rapid response to technical issues.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based operating systems and enterprise applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN configurations.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, and asset inventory management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure all support tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved within established SLAs.
  • Educate end-users on best practices for IT security and software utilization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a desktop support or technical helpdesk role.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 suite, and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
