Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and related hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications on user workstations
- Respond to user requests for assistance via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system improvements and upgrades
- Provide training to users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in desktop support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with network configurations and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) would be a plus
