Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to OS (Windows/macOS), Microsoft Office 365, and proprietary business software.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets within Active Directory/Azure AD.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to escalate complex issues and implement system upgrades.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process by setting up workstations for new hires.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a desktop support or helpdesk environment.
- Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a focus on quick issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff effectively.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
